The Thai Massage Playshop will be an opportunity for friends, couples, or individuals to learn the basics of Thai Massage. Thai Massage is an ancient healing art form that is growing in popularity all over the world due to its profound ability to increase range of motion, relax the body and balance energy flow. This healing art encourages compassionate connection, is playful and is very healing. Participants will learn how to perform stretching techniques in a state of mindful awareness. (It feels wonderful!) You will exchange massage with one another throughout the day. Participants must be able to move around on their hands and knees.
