Deep Tissue Massage

This style of bodywork is the more traditional and popular style of massage. It is performed on a massage table. I use lotion to help glide over muscles and if needed focus on specific regions to release tension and holding.

Sessions are tailored to meet my clients needs. Benefits include pain relief, relaxation, restored blood flow to tight or injured areas and feelings of joy and release.

Massage fees are:

• $75 hour
• $110 hour and a half
• $150 two hours
