Deep Tissue Massage

My deep tissue massage combines the techniques of sports therapy, Thai massage, yoga therapeutics as well as relaxing effluerage and petrissage Swedish massage techniques. This massage is performed on a massage table and sessions are tailored to meet your needs. Benefits include pain relief, relaxation, restored blood flow to tight or injured areas and may include feelings of joy, release and deep relaxation. These sessions are therapeutic in nature for deep relaxation or specific muscle release work. With ten years experience, nationally certified and certified by the City of St. Paul, I am proud to offer quality therapeutic bodywork at an affordable rate.

Massage Gift Certificates are available for sale. This is a great way to treat that special someone with some pampered relaxation, or an excellent deep tissue therapeutic massage. This is not your salon “fluff and buff”. This is the real deal; skilled bodywork with a sensitive and intuitive touch.

Massage fees are:

• $75 hour
• $110 hour and a half (available for purchase above)
