    Chris Gordon owns and operates Big River Yoga, a studio in St. Paul offering yoga classes, Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxing Swedish Massage and private yoga sessions. The studio is located at 165 Dunlap St., one store front South of Selby Ave. on Dunlap St. in Saint Paul. Chris has been studying Anusara yoga with John Friend since 1998. He  brings playfulness, devotion and over 14 years teaching experience to his classes. He honors each individual’s ability while also gently encouraging students to deepen their own practice. Anusara yoga combines precise alignment instruction with a deep connection to the heart. Alignment instruction is designed to be easily understood and joyfully experienced. Its uplifting philosophy celebrates life and the goodness in all people and things.

    Private yoga sessions

    Universal principles of alignment are used to improve posture, to bring relief from chronic pain/injury or to develop and improve a home practice and assist with advance asanas. Yoga softens the heart, helps with stress and depression, and strengthens and opens up the body. In session we work on a variety of poses together and I will provide you with an individualized practice.

    Rates:

    • $85/hour
    • $125/1.5 hrs

    Outcall sessions are available. There is a travel fee depending on time and distance.
