Mexico Yoga Retreat Feb 27 – March 5

Join me this winter for a yoga retreat in Mexico at the holistic center and educational retreat of Mayab Tulum February 27 – March 5. It is located inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere – a protected nature reserve, where you will sleep in handmade yurts on the beach surrounded by untouched jungle. Accommodations are a 30 second walk to the ocean. There will be ample opportunities for snorkeling, walking the beach and basking in the peace of the Caribbean. Retreat cost includes transportation to and from the airport, three meals daily, yoga classes and a bicycle for the week. It also includes a fabulous guided day trip into the 1.3 million acre wilderness reserve to canoe on freshwater lakes.
